Thank you for your interest in bringing me to your school, library, festival, conference, or special event!
Here's the summary of what I do:
"One performer. A few suitcases. Endless possibilities. Kevin brings his cast of puppets and toe-tapping, interactive songs/poems together in a high-energy show that sparks connection, lifts spirits, and leaves audiences inspired and wanting more. Simple setup—huge impact!"
My goal in all I do is to ignite imagination in kids of all ages—and to remind them that their ideas are powerful, meaningful, and worth sharing. I do it with puppets, poetry, music, movement, and humor. (Sometimes with technology, if we must.)

FAQs
What does Kevin need?
Kevin typically brings his own sound equipment and supplies. You simply provide space and electricity. In some cases, Kevin will plug his microphone and audio into your audio equipment (if available and needed).
How is the schedule for the day decided?
For the most part, the schools decide the schedule. Kevin arrives roughly 30 minutes before the first program. Programs are 45 minutes but can be longer upon request. Please plan for at least 15 minutes between programs. When creating a schedule for the day, please consider when everyone arrives and departs from the school. It's best if Kevin is not also arriving or leaving at that same time.
What does Kevin need to know about how to find our school?
Please let us know where to park and which entrance to use. It's usually obvious, but sometimes it can be quite confusing. Also, please let us know the official address of the school, not a PO Box, mailing address, etc.
How are book and CD sales facilitated?
Connect with a local bookstore or ask Kevin for an order form to use. Or, purchase books from Kevin in bulk to give to the students!
Do we write up a contract?
Yes, once the details are confirmed, we will email you a simple one page appearance agreement (contract) confirming those details. If you need this by a certain time, please let us know, otherwise we will try to get it to you in a timely manner.
Do we create an invoice?
The contract doubles as an invoice, however, we can also create a specific invoice separate from the contract upon request.
Do we require a deposit?
It is not typically required, but you are welcome to send one if you'd prefer to send one. With larger contracts (three or more days), we do request a deposit.
When is payment due?
Please have the check ready the day of the program(s). Please write the check to Kevin Kammeraad. W9 available upon request.
Three more things:
If Kevin's visiting your school to give a presentation/show, consider adding Professional Development sessions for your staff in the afternoon or evening.
Please be aware that Kevin no longer uses his puppet trunk theatre. Instead, he brings his various puppets in their cozy suitcases and also adds an emphasis with his work from www.wimee.tv and www.ourshowtodaycom.
If you read this sentence, send Kevin an email saying you'd like him to send you mp3 files of all his songs. And he will!
If you're interested in even more info, rates, etc., fill out this form and we'll be in touch!

Enjoy a blast from the past via some old photos: Yikes!
